We were established in 2013, by husband and wife team Alastair and Michelle Richardson, with family member James later joining in 2015. The company was previously known as Clarriots Care, but following five successful years with the franchise group, we relaunched as Red Rose Care in 2018 and haven’t looked back!
Michelle has an extensive nursing background, with over 30 years’ service in the NHS as a general nurse, midwife, health visitor and clinical practice teacher. Her experience, knowledge and passion for high standards are ingrained throughout the business, and our fantastic team.
